Green Business Forum at the Green Living Show

Event Date:
April 15, 2011

Oil, gas, forestry and mining represent 12 percent of Canada’s GDP and more than 850,000 direct jobs. Only by engaging those who significantly impact our environment can we spark the kind of dialogue and business insights that lead to positive change.

In a world that faces growing threats of climate change, peak oil, and resource scarcity, Andrew Heintzman, Dr. Rick Smith and Gerald Butts discuss the powerful forces of capitalism to act as a catalyst for broad social change. Evan Solomon, host of CBC’s Power & Politics, will moderate.

The Forum will be held on the Show floor from 7:30 - 10 a.m. Ticket information, as well as Green Living Show hours and event details, can be found online at: http://www.greenlivingonline.com/torontoshow/tickets.html
