Supreme Court Review and Preview
Each October the U.S. Supreme Court begins a new term. And each year, ELI convenes an Associates Seminar with some of the pre-eminent experts on environmental law and the Court to examine the docketed cases, changes in the Court, and the implications of recent decisions.

RSVPs should include: name of registrant, email address, and whether they wish to attend in person or participate via webcast. Webcast information will be emailed two business days prior to the event. Attendees are welcome to bring a brown-bag lunch (beverages and desserts will be provided).
