Uncovering Radioactive Waste in St. Louis

On Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023, from 12:30-1:30 pm CT/1:30-2:30 pm ET, Investigative Reporters & Editors, a global membership organization based at the Missouri School of Journalism, presents "Uncovering St. Louis Radioactive Pollution." Hear how the Missouri Independent, a news organization based in Jefferson City, teamed up with MuckRock, a collaborative news site, to show how lingering radioactive waste from the federal government and private companies threatens the health of people in the St. Louis region.
