Healthy Communities and Ecosystems and Greening the Economy

This meeting offers a forum for citizens and representatives of industry, academia, and governmental and nongovernmental organizations concerned with North American environmental pollution to share knowledge and ideas relating to PRTRs (Pollutant Releases and Transfers) and access to public information.

The meeting will highlight developments in the CEC's NAPRTR project, including new tools that facilitate access to and analyses of PRTR data. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about and discuss issues relating to the national PRTR programs of Canada, Mexico and the United States.
