"Climate: Court Backs California's Fuel Standard, Again"

"A federal appeals court on Friday again rejected a broad constitutional challenge to California's climate change regime for transportation fuels.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied another bid to undermine the state's low-carbon fuel standard.

California's regulations were developed under the state's landmark 2006 global warming law, which aimed to cut greenhouse gas emissions to 1990 levels by 2020."
