EPA Will Let 8 States Sell Gasoline With More Ethanol Year-Round In 2025

"The Biden administration will allow gasoline containing a higher percentage of ethanol to be sold year-round in eight states starting in 2025, it announced Thursday.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued the final rule after proposing year-round sales in 2023, though the use of the fuel will be delayed a year when compared to the agency’s initial proposal."
