"EPA has brought on another slate of President Biden's appointees to help run the agency.
EPA yesterday announced new appointees in several program offices as well as the administrator's office, including an addition to the agency's public affairs office.
Nick Conger is EPA's new press secretary. He served at the agency during the Obama administration as a strategic communications adviser to then-Administrator Gina McCarthy and as communications director for the enforcement office.
Since leaving EPA, Conger handled communications for former Vice President Al Gore and before that worked on federal communications for the Natural Resources Defense Council. He has also worked at World Wildlife Fund and Edelman Public Relations."
